During September 10th through October 2nd there was an improvement on my fitness test results . On September 10th I didn't complete any curl-ups during my fitness test , but because of my hardwork and effort on October 2nd I completed 1 whole curl-up . After my curl-up test on September 10th I did my push-up test , with a total amount of 9 push-ups . With pratice and diligence I pushed myself on October 2nd to complete 12 whole push-ups . Last but not least is the step-up test I completed half way on September 10th with a whopping amount of 52 step-ups and a heart rate of 130 bpm . On October 2nd I showed incredible fitness advancement by completeing my 3 minute step-up test with 88 step-ups and a 110 bpm heart rate .
I improved on my fitness tests tremendously . I improved because I always give my best effort at whatever challenge is brought upon me . Practicing and working out on my own time also is an addtion to the credit needed to be given to my improvement . In the eyes of a strangers my results may seem small but they are best i can do and they make me feel like i've done something for myself . My improvement is a gold medal i would galdy wear everyday .
I put forward my BEST effort when i did my fitness test . I did my best because it makes me feel good to see i can put my energy into somthing that can benefit myself and my health . There is still space in my life for more improvement . I could workout more at home , and help around the house even more in my spare time . I'll never settle for good or nice try , I'll keep working at it until I'm at my peek of perfect physical health . XD
